📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and send accurate and competitive sales quotations to potential clients.
• Assist the sales team in closing deals by understanding client needs and addressing their concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain and update our client database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support our overall business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the tourism industry.
• Attend and participate in client meetings as required.
• Provide regular reports to the sales team on client interactions and quotation status.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Bali's tourism industry and local market trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
