In this role, you will work closely with our team of 50+ employees, handling everything from payroll processing and compliance to employee relations and training. You will use industry-standard tools like ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors to streamline our HR processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process payroll using ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to identify and correct any discrepancies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
• Provide training and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage leave and attendance records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on payroll and compliance.
• Certification in payroll processing (e.g., CPA, CHRP) is a plus.
• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
