📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems, such as desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist in the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 and other enterprise software.
- Document IT processes and create user manuals for new systems and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve system issues and implement improvements.
- Participate in on-call duties to ensure 24/7 IT support coverage.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to continuously improve support services.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
- Proficient in using ServiceNow for IT service management.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other enterprise software.
