📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage inventory and ensure all supplies are available and properly stocked.
• Coordinate with event planners and clients to meet their specific needs and expectations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and maintain food quality and presentation standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Waiter or similar role in the catering industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with catering software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the catering industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A hospitality management certification is a plus.
