📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage export orders from inception to completion using our ERP system and Salesforce.
• Communicate with international clients to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Track and update order status in our order management system.
• Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Export Sales team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export orders.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.
