Indofood CBP is looking for a Proximate Analyst - Laboratory Specialist to join our team in Cibitung, Jawa Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting proximate analysis (moisture, protein, fat, and ash content) of food samples.,Performing quality control tests on food products to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.,Recording and reporting test results in a timely and accurate manner.,Collaborating with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.,Ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and other relevant regulations.,Providing technical support and training to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of proximate analysis techniques and quality control procedures.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for food safety and quality.
