📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of import shipping processes, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Work closely with clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide accurate quotes and schedules.
• Collaborate with carriers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Monitor shipments to ensure they are delivered on time and meet our clients' expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient shipping operations.
• Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and industry trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new shipping processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and logistics management.
• Proven experience in managing import shipping processes, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using shipping management software, such as CargoWise, Sea-IT, or similar.
• Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of other languages an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
