📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive site surveys to assess feasibility and identify optimal fiber-optic routes.
• Design and plan FTTH infrastructure, including fiber splicing, termination, and distribution.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of FTTH networks with existing telecommunication systems.
• Utilize advanced surveying tools such as GPS, LiDAR, and GIS software to create accurate and detailed site maps.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, as-built drawings, and project reports.
• Participate in site visits and on-site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in FTTH infrastructure design.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field teams to ensure high-quality implementation of FTTH projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveying and design for FTTH or similar projects.
• Proficiency in using surveying tools such as Total Station, GPS, and LiDAR.
• Strong knowledge of fiber-optic technology and network design principles.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar design software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
