📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels.,Assist customers with their purchases, providing information and advice.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper record-keeping.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.,Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to improve skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
