📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.,Review and approve construction drawings and calculations to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.,Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure the integrity and safety of constructed structures.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies and timelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a focus on structural engineering.,Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is preferred.,Strong knowledge of structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Familiarity with building codes and standards such as SNI (Indonesian National Standard) and other relevant regulations.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
