In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient and safe operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation.,Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze fleet data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and ensure compliance with insurance and licensing requirements.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on fleet-related matters.,Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service for the fleet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for vehicle operation.,Familiarity with insurance and licensing requirements for vehicles.
