📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
