📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and safe environment.
• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures, including setting up equipment, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and provide immediate care as needed during and after surgery.
• Administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the surgical team.
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and sterilization procedures.
• Provide post-operative care and support to patients, ensuring a smooth recovery process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse in a hospital or surgical setting.
• Valid certification as an Operating Room Nurse (e.g., CNOR, CNORA).
• Strong knowledge of surgical protocols, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
