Royal Space Mandiri is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team in Parepare. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about developing and implementing effective learning programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, training, and development, and will be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Design and deliver training materials, including workshops, e-learning modules, and on-the-job training.,Assess training needs and develop strategies to address them.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and provide solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Manage the learning and development budget and ensure it is used effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel as needed for training and development activities.
