Rejeki Gilang Butik is looking for a Lead Training Officer to lead and manage our training programs. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and providing feedback to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on leadership roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
