Sentral Budi Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Promotion Boy to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promotions to increase customer engagement and revenue. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales promotion strategies to drive customer engagement and increase sales.,Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Manage a team of sales promotion staff, providing training and guidance as needed.,Identify new sales opportunities and potential customers.,Ensure all promotions are in line with company policies and regulations.,Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales promotions or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully driving sales and promotions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing a team is a plus.,Familiarity with sales promotion tools and software is an advantage.,Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
