📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations.
  • Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the banquet area.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
