📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure high levels of customer service and food quality.,Monitor sales and revenue, and implement strategies to increase profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, including tables, equipment, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work long and irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Passion for the food and beverage industry, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
