In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and selection process, maintaining employee records, and supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, managing leave requests, and organizing HR events.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and other team members.,Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct basic HR analytics and provide insights to support decision-making.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field (preferably in a similar industry).,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
