Junior Architect / Drafter - Property Design & CAD Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Collaborate with senior architects to ensure accuracy and adherence to design standards
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for design projects
• Review and revise drawings based on client feedback and project requirements
• Maintain and organize project files and documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property design
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and presentations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural drafting or property design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with construction materials and techniques
• Fluency in English and Indonesian
