Seed Leaf Sentosa is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and providing support in financial reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment processing
  • Processing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
  • Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
  • Providing support in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assisting in the preparation of management reports and financial analysis
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the finance team as needed
  • Ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
