📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networking and firewall infrastructure.
• Manage and optimize hybrid cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Monitor network performance using tools like Cisco Prime and SolarWinds.
• Implement and manage VMware infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Provide Tier 2 support for network and systems issues, escalating critical incidents as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network and systems meet business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network and systems availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on networking and systems.
• Certifications in Cisco (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with VMware, including vSphere and NSX, is a plus.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proficient in using scripting languages like Python or PowerShell for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
