📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date job postings.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating candidate applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and clients to ensure a positive employer brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
