📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire ocean freight process, including booking, documentation, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient operations.
• Handle financial aspects of freight operations, including invoicing, payment processing, and cost management.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and timely information on shipment status and costs.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations, preferably in the ocean freight sector.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight documentation, including bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in using freight forwarding software such as CargoWise, Sea-IT, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
