🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fleet operations and management.
• Proven track record of success in optimizing fleet performance and reducing operational costs.
• Certification in fleet management (e.g., Certified Fleet Professional, CFP) is a plus.
• Proficiency in fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
