📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist Retail Sales Consultants in managing customer interactions and sales processes.,Support the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
