📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver management.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage driver schedules and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the fleet to identify and address any issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
  • Provide support to the Fleet Coordinator in the planning and implementation of long-term fleet strategies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
