📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the development and implementation of legal strategies that align with Indonesian mining laws and international standards.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of corporate activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on legal matters to senior management, ensuring that all decisions are made in accordance with the law.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures that support the company’s operational excellence and sustainability.
• Monitor and report on regulatory changes and developments, ensuring that the company remains up-to-date and compliant.
• Lead and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of compliance and corporate governance.
• Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally, ensuring that all legal issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors and consultants to provide expert advice and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in legal roles within the mining industry, with a strong background in Indonesian mining laws and regulations.
• Certification in corporate governance or compliance, such as CPA or CIPA, is a plus.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing legal strategies that align with regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of environmental laws and regulations, particularly those relevant to the mining sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with legal management systems and software, such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar.
