Civil Engineer - Infrastructure & Construction Projects

PT May and Lou International is seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a Civil Engineer at PT May and Lou International, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our projects, from initial concept to final execution. You will work closely with our team of architects, surveyors, and project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Our office in Bali is located in the heart of the city, providing easy access to our projects and a vibrant work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and public infrastructure.
• Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain project quality.
• Prepare detailed reports and technical drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in civil engineering.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure and construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant civil engineering software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid professional engineer license (if applicable).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
