📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to employees.,Create engaging training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops.,Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop and implement training strategies.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training providers and materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
