📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our SAP/ERP solutions effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the SAP/ERP solutions space.,Report on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the SAP/ERP solutions industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with SAP/ERP solutions and related technologies is a plus.
