📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Lead HR training and development programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure HR best practices are followed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
