📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the clinical development of spine products, from concept to market launch.
  • Ensuring that all clinical studies and trials meet regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement clinical strategies.
  • Conducting clinical evaluations and providing expert advice on product performance and safety.
  • Monitoring and analyzing clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, healthcare providers, and industry partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in spine medicine and clinical research.
  • Providing leadership and mentorship to junior clinical staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medicine, pharmacy, or clinical research.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical product development, with a focus on spine products.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and clinical trial design.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with medical device or pharmaceutical products is a plus.
