📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Conduct financial analysis and provide reports to support decision-making.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants.,Handle payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Monitor and control cash flow and bank reconciliations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
