📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including cakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts.,Ensure that all pastries are made according to the highest quality standards and food safety regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.,Keep up-to-date with the latest pastry trends and techniques.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Assist in the development of new pastry recipes and menu items.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to create delicious and visually appealing pastries.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with baking equipment and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
