📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and maintain inventory records using SAP software.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and track maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of administrative tasks.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels and usage.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Maintain and update administrative records and databases.
- Provide support to the team in achieving operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operational role.
- Proficient in using SAP software for inventory management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
