📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of tax professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Conduct audits and investigations to identify potential tax issues.,Provide tax advice to the company's management and other departments.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.,Ensure compliance with all tax reporting requirements.,Train and develop team members to enhance their tax knowledge and skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing tax compliance and minimizing tax liabilities.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
