📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Support the procurement team in maintaining accurate records and reports.,Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.,Maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
