📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store associates to deliver excellent customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Coordinate with the central office to ensure store policies and procedures are followed.,Assist in inventory management and stock control.,Participate in store audits and quality control checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
